Successful Fourth Winter School
The fourth Winter School focused on Future Commercial Vehicles and brought together international doctoral researchers in Karlsruhe.
The fourth "UpGrade Mobility" Winter School took place from December 1st through 5th, 2025 with "Future Commercial Vehicles" as its main topic. International doctoral students were invited to Karlsruhe to spend a week discussing research on commercial vehicles with members of the graduate school and KIT professors.
The program included presentation sessions by participating PhD students, workshops, and industrial visits, including tours at Daimler Truck and Rosenbauer. The week concluded with an in-depth discussion on the current state and future of autonomous commercial vehicles led by Prof. Eric Sax.
On the final day, participants joined a guided tour of Karlsruhe before the Winter School came to a close. We thank all participants for their contributions and look forward to the next edition.
